Luxury in the Detail

Luxury isn’t always bold or expansive. Sometimes it’s quiet—found in the grain of teak, the curve of chrome, or the chill on a summer cocktail glass.

This collection brings together close-up moments captured across a range of commissioned shoots for brands including Diageo, Silversea, Philips, Blanco, Land Rover and Barlow Tyrie. Each frame focuses on craftsmanship, surface, and tone—whether it’s a vibrant drink in sunlight, a considered kitchen interior, or the soft touch of spa therapy.

While my commercial photography is often people-led—looser, more narrative-driven—these images represent a more restrained approach. Tight framing, shallow focus, and intentional detail become the story.

It’s a reminder that luxury lives in the subtle things. And sometimes, to capture it, you need to step closer.
