Lifestyle Photography on Board Silversea’s Silver Ray
To mark the launch of Silversea’s newest luxury vessel, the Silver Ray, I was invited to join its maiden voyage off the coast of Portugal. Over the course of a week, I photographed a couple experiencing the world-class hospitality, service, and elegance that defines the Silversea brand.
As with many recent projects, this shoot was carried out alongside a video crew, requiring a seamless, collaborative approach to production. With limited time in each location on board, I worked efficiently to capture high-quality lifestyle imagery that complemented the video team’s work while preserving the spontaneity and atmosphere of the experience.
From private suites to expansive open decks, we moved quickly across multiple settings to deliver a cohesive visual narrative. This kind of dynamic, on-location shooting is central to my work — providing clients with premium assets for use across editorial, digital, and advertising platforms.
